Civil engineering syllabus.
For B.E/B.tech 
     Civil engineering syllabus are almost common in all the university in India. Maybe little bit difference in different -different university.

           Civil engineer creates,improve and protect the environment as well as protecting natural nature in which we live. They plan,design and oversee construction and maintenance of buildings structures and infrastructure such as.
1.Roads
           Transportation of goods passengers travelling connections city to city as well as rural areas is called road. 





2.Railways
       Railways are important path or track or  routes in this way transportation heavy goods passengers and other essential things.





3. Airport 
         Airport are essential sources to interconnect international levels transportation goods and passenger.




4. Bridges 
        Bridges are common requirement for connecting the highway over the river or over the canal is called bridge. 




5. Harbour 
              Harbour is a shelter body of water where ships,boats and barges can be docked is called harbour.





6. Dams
         Dam is a barrier that stops or restricts the flow of water or underground streams is called dam.




7. Irrigation protect 
             Irrigation is the application of controlled amounts of water to plant at needed interval is called irrigation protect. 






8. Power plants 
       Power plant also referred to as a power station and something generating station or generating plants, is an industrial facility for the generation of electric power is called power plant. 





9. Water sewerage systems 
           Sewerage in the infrastructure that convey sewage or surface runoff(stormwater, meltwater,rainwater) using sewers, sewerage ends at the entry to a sewage treatment plant or at the point of discharge into the environment is called water sewerage systems.

Types of civil engineering based on qualifications

Types of civil engineering based on qualifications. There are two types of civil engineering.

1. Junior civil engineer 
         Junior civil engineer are qualification of diploma degree or polytechnic degree in civil engineering recognised university is called junior civil engineer. For diploma course or polytechnic course get direct admission after tenth pass. Which is three years coarse.

2. Senior civil engineer
       Senior civil engineer are qualification of B.E or B.tech/M.E or M.tech/Ph.D degree in civil  engineering from recognised university is called senior civil engineering.
For senior civil engineering admission qualification should be Isc pass with math or another way after complete junior civil engineering get senior civil engineering admission.

What is civil engineering



Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction and maintenance including public works such as roads, bridges, canals dams,airport, sewerage systems, pipelines, structural components of buildings and railways.

Role of managers -techsskill

Manager role described the different types of managerial roles. A role is a set of specific tasks a person performs because of the position he hold.

          Generally identified ten roles and he believes that all managers play roles at various to varying degrees. He classified the roles into three categories: (A)Interpersonal roles, (B) Informational roles, (C) Decision roles.

(A) Interpersonal roles
               Interpersonal roles are the roles which managers assume to coordinate and interact with employees and provide direction to the organisation.

1. Figurehead role: Manager symbolizes the organisation. His duties include greeting visitors, giving a lecture in social functions,taking important customers to lunch etc.

2. Leader role: Manager trains and directs the subordinates to achieve the goals of the organisation. Manager is responsible for motivating and activating the employees. Subordinates follow the directions and guidelines given by the leader.

3. Liaison role: Manager link and coordinate people inside and outside the organisation. Managers must have outside contacts in order to assess the external environment such as changes in technology, government regulations.

(B) Informational roles
           Informational roles are associated with the tasks needed to collect the transmit information to the management of the organisation.

1. Monitor role: Manager collects information from the internal and external environment. The information can collected through reports ,periodicals or through personal contact.

2. Disseminator role: Manager transmit information to make changes in the attitude and behaviour of employees. The information can be transmitted through memos,phone calls,displays, group or individual meetings.

3. Spokesperson role: Manager transmits information to outsiders and acts as a spokes-person for his unite and represents his unite. The information that can be transmitted to the outsiders include plans ,policies, actions results, etc.

(C) Decision roles
           Decision roles is associated with the methods that managers use to plan strategy and utilise resources to achieve goals.

1. Entrepreneur role: Manager decides upon new projects program to initiate and invest. He searches the organisation and its environment for changes and opportunities.

2. Disturbance handler role: Manager assumes responsibility for handing an unexpected event or crisis. Manager tries to solve all the problems and take corrective actions .

3. Resource allocator role: Manager assigns human and material resources between functions and departments. He assigns budgets for  lower level managers. Manager allocates fund for purchasing new equipments and machines.

4. Negotiator role: Manager seeks to negotiate solution between other managers, unions, customers or shareholders. Manager deals with different people and groups at major negotiations.

Environmental protection

Environmental protection is most common matter to protect against harmful chemicals which is always created problem. We all should think about environment because of environment issues are big problem will create in feature and we will feel terrible in feature. So we need to know all information about environment which all the people environment related issues we will have to solve onwards now.


This is not better we can say like that because of the year by year will happen very quickly sudden change which birds are going to disappear. Also as well as environmental air quality becoming pollution which is very harmful effect to next generation
Solution:-
1. since now we should use as much as possible low chemical in all fields.
2. We should  stop the deforestation and everyone should planted.
3. All the possible digital things try to use low percentage.
